Join us on Saturday, May 3rd at Found Beauty Farm for a renewal of your senses and spirit! Bring your friends!

Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature for a Gentle Stretch & Flow Yoga class outdoors, lead by Jamie Sills, 200 RYT, Reiki Master and owner of Oconee Spirit Reiki, followed by a healing Reiki-infused Sound Bath.

Deepen your connection with nature and fill your senses with the sights, sounds, scents, tastes and feel of the forest with a guided Forest Bathing experience and nature walk lead by certified health coach, Allyn Rippin of Found Beauty Farm.

We encourage you to bring a journal and pen. There will be time after our Sound Bath and Forest Bathing experiences to reflect and capture your thoughts on paper.

Light refreshments will be available throughout the retreat.

What to bring: Yoga mat, towel, water bottle, journal/pen (or other creative writing tool)
